Individual Therapy
$120 - $360.00 for the initial intake assessment
$80 - $240 per hour for follow-up sessions
Couples & Family Therapy
$360 - 375 for the initial intake assessment
$240 - 250 per hour for follow-up sessions
Consultation & Assessment
$225 - $300 per hour
Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist Service Fess

$270 - $337.50 for the initial intake assessment
$180 - $225 per hour for follow-up sessions
Couples & Family Therapy
$300 - $337.50 for the initial intake assessment
$220 - $225 per hour for follow-up sessions
Credit card, eTransfer, or direct billing (where available), cash and cheque
Payment Policies:
Payment is required in full at the time of each appointment. To ensure smooth processing, we require all clients to keep an active credit card on file, regardless of your preferred payment method.
If paying via e-transfer, please ensure that your payment is sent within 24 hours of your appointment time. Otherwise, we will charge the credit card on file and email you the invoice for your records.
Many extended health benefit plans offer reimbursement for our services, so please check with your insurance provider for specific details. Additionally, alternative funding options may be available through Social Assistance, Children’s Aid, Native Services, and the Access Centre for Colleges and Universities. For clients without coverage, service fees can be claimed as medical expenses on your income tax return.
