The general breakdown of our fees is as follows:

Psychologist/Psychology Interns (Psychological Services)

• • • • $337.50 - $360.00 for initial intake assessments 

      • $225 - $240 per hour for subsequent sessions

      • $225 - $250 per hour for consultations and psychological assessment services

Couples/Family Psychological Services

• • • • $375 for the initial intake assessments

      • $250 per hour for subsequent sessions

Registered Psychotherapist/Social Worker (Counselling Services)

• • • • $270 - $300 for the initial intake assessments

      • $180 - $200 per hour for subsequent sessions

Couples/Family Counselling Services

• • • • $300 - $337.50 for initial intake assessments

      • $220 - $225 per hour for subsequent sessions

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit Card: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX

• Cash, eTransfer & Cheque

• Direct Billing: We are set up with a number of companies for direct billing such as Green Shield Canada, Blue Cross and Canada Life. Unfortunately, we are not able to direct bill companies such as Sun Life, Manulife or Johnson, Inc. 

Please Note: Payment in full is required at the time of each appointment.  We require an active credit card to be kept on file for all clients, regardless of payment preference. If we do not receive your eTransfer payment within 24 hours of your appointment, we will charge the credit card on file, and email you the invoice.  

Fees for our services may be eligible for reimbursement under extended health benefits depending on the insurance provider. Some alternative sources of funding may be available through Social Assistance, Children’s Aid, Native Services and the Access Centre for Colleges and Universities. For those without coverage, these amounts will count towards your medical receipts that can be claimed for income tax purposes.
