Appointment times vary depending on each therapist’s availability. Weekday, evening, and weekend appointments are available.
When You Arrive
A small sign in the window to the left of our front door marks the entrance. Please note that it may not be visible from the street.
The front door will be unlocked. Please come in and have a seat in the waiting area, where you will be welcomed for your session.
Free Parking
Five parking spaces are available directly in front of the building.
If these spaces are full, additional free City of Pickering public parking is available across the street at Liverpool Road and Tatra Drive, on the south side of Peace Lutheran Church facing our office.
After Hours Support for new clients, current clients, or someone in crisis:
If you are a new client seeking services, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If you’re an existing client confirming a session or requesting information, we’ll review messages when we return and reply as soon as possible. If you have a scheduled session during our absence, please contact your therapist directly through our Client Portal’s Secure Message feature.
If you are in crisis and need to speak with a mental health professional immediately, please contact a crisis line. Below is a list of community resources and their contact information.
